I. Introduction:
The CS11H free float steam trap is an automatic valve, especially suitable for steam equipment with low pressure, low condensate discharge volume, high requirements for temperature stability, and unsuitability for condensate accumulation. This product operates on the principle of buoyancy, where the float inside the valve body moves up and down in response to changes in water level, thereby opening and closing the valve to achieve the function of discharging water and blocking steam. It can continuously drain water, with stable performance, large drainage capacity, and small leakage. It can discharge continuous saturated condensate, resulting in less condensate retention in the equipment, faster temperature rise, and stable heating temperature. It is equipped with an automatic air venting device, has no steam lock phenomenon, operates smoothly, and produces no noise.
II. Structural Features:
1. Capable of continuous water drainage, with stable performance, large drainage capacity, and small leakage.
